Rabiu Ayobantale is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) with over ten years of professional Banking experience which cuts through Sales and Marketing, Credit Administration and Risk management and customer service. He is focus driven and goal oriented. Rabiu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He was the Head of Credit and Risk Management at both Bosak Microfinance Bank and Zikado Microfinance Bank, prior to joining Pointone Microfinance Bank Limited. He has attended several trainings and workshops on Credit administration, Product Development and Microfinance banking, among others.

Aniekan Udoekim Usen is the Head of Internal Control and Audit, Pointone Microfinance Bank Limited. He has over 15 years banking experience in the microfinance sub-sector of the banking industry. He holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Financial Management from the prestigious Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Oyo State in the year 2023. He also possesses a Higher National Diploma (HND), with upper credit in Accountancy from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana, Afikpo, Ebonyi State where he graduated in 1999. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB), a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Aniekan Usen started his banking career with Olive Microfinance Bank Limited in November, 2008 as the Branch Head of Operations. He has various experience spanning Operations, Internal Control and Audit, Financial Control, Marketing and Credit/ Risk Management.

He previously held the position of Regional Control Lead, Internal Control and Audit with Finatrust Microfinance Bank Limited. Aniekan has equally served as the Acting Head, Internal Control and Audit with Olive Microfinance Bank Limited, Branch Manager, Credit and Risk Officer amongst others.

He is a versatile banker with a good analytical skill. He has worked in the Internal Control and Audit environment for the majority of his banking years, where he has distinguished himself in all job functions. An acute and prudent internal auditor. Branch manager with exceptional skill in risk assets management and sustainable business profitability. In-depth banking operations experience with good problem-solving skills. Exceptional credit analyst, fraud and investigation skills. A team player with ability to work with others to achieve the results based on organizational goals and objectives. He has attended several professional training and seminars over the years, including Fraud and Delinquency Management.

Aniekan Udoekim Usen loves reading, listening to music, football, photography and travelling. He is married with children.
