Dr. Omuya holds a B.Sc(First Class)degree in Accounting from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and a M.Sc degree, Accounting and Finance from the same University. He was a lecturer at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria between 1978-1984. He had a brief stint with Phoenix Investment Services Limited, Kaduna before he was seconded to Gaskiya Textiles Mills Limited, Kano between 1986 -1988, where he served as the Asst. General Manager (Finance). He also served in that capacity with the Bank of the North Ltd; from 1988-1991. He joined Savannah Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1991 and rose to the position of Deputy General Manager before leaving in 1996 to become the Managing Director of Afims Limited and later the Abuja Resident Partner of Messrs UHY Maaji & Co;(Chartered Accountants) with effect from December 2003.He was appointed and served on the Board of Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN) from 23rd of November 2005 to 29th of June 2013.He is a Member/ Fellow of several professional bodies including ICAN, ACCA, CITN, NIM and many others. Chief (Dr) J. O. Omuya has numerous publications to his credit in his chosen field of Accountancy. He is married with children.

Adeniyi Yaya Jimoh Engineer Adeniyi is a communication expert. He graduated from the University of Lagos with B.Sc in Electronics. He also holds a PGD and M.Sc. degree in Communications Engineering. Mr. Jimoh Yaya has worked with NITEL for 27 years as a project Manager deploying CDMA sites across Nigeria. He joined TIDACOM Ltd in June, 2014 and is currently the technical Manager directing technical engineering solutions for GSM deployment in TIDACOM Ltd.

Engr. Itimi John Elo is an experienced professional with over 30years cumulative working experience with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited, Shell Nigerian Gas Limited and Asharami Energies Nig Ltd, spanning the following areas: integrated activities and business planning, mid/downstream gas operations, operations readiness & assurance, operations excellence, production facility operations, and health, safety and environmental advisory role. He has also acquired demonstrable board leadership experience as the board chairman of Funbell diagnostics centre limited, a registered limited liability company in Nigeria. He has also served as the board chairman of an insurance broking firm. He is a graduate of the Netherlands Business School in Nigeria (BSNN) where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree (Action Learning) as well a Master of Science degree in Safety and Risk Management from Heriot-Watt university. He also holds a B.Eng (Mech Eng.) degree from the University of Port Harcourt. He has attended many professional courses in several places across the globe. He is a registered mechanical engineer with the Council for the Regulations of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is known for his strong belief and demonstrable commitment to integrity, respect for others, transparency, and collaboration among others. He has also worked in various capacity in the pharmaceutical and textile industries during the earlier stages of his career. He plays a key national leadership role among men of a major Christian organization where he has coordinated key transformation efforts. He is a mentor to many and highly interested in the development of young professional. He is married and blessed with children.
